Berger Seal O Prime Primer

Product composition and usage: Seal-O-Prime is a specially formulated premium quality acrylic primer with superior alkali, damp and efflorescence resistance for application on exterior and interior surfaces. It consists of penetrative polymer which binds with the surface giving better water seepage resistance.
Seal-O-Prime Primer may be applied on cement plaster, concrete, other masonry and puttied surfaces. The surface should be fully cured, dry and free from loose materials. USP: It consists of penetrative polymer which binds with the surface giving better water seepage resistance. This special type of molecule has dual functionality. It seals the surface against water and at the same time acts as an adhesion booster. It resists dampness, efflorescence, alkali and at the same time improves top coat coverage by 15 – 20%. Safety features: Non-flammable Primer with triple booster formulation that fights against dampness, efflorescence & alkalinityDIRECTIONS FOR USE:Surface preparation: Remove paint, dirt and loose particles from the surface to be painted using wire mesh. Fill up minor cracks with Home Shield Crack Fill Paste. Cracks which are larger than 5 mm have to be filled with cement work. Let it dry completely. Check moisture content of the substrate.
