Berger BP Solvent Thinnable Cement Primer
BP Cement Primer (ST) is a specially formulated alkyd based primer ideal for plaster surfaces and can be used in wooden and ferrous –metallic substrate.
Product composition and usage: BP Cement Primer (ST) is manufactured with a special type of synthetic alkyd binder and micro fine pigments along with extenders and different additives. It is an air drying primer for masonry surfaces providing hard and tough film.
USP: Best for masonry and asbestos surfaces. It is free from any heavy metals like lead, mercury and chromium. It is a alkali resistant primer.

Directions for use : Apply 1 coat of BP Cement Primer (ST) after diluting properly and strain through a clean cloth. It can be applied by brush or spray. Brushing viscosity should be 50 – 60 sec at 30 degree celsius in Ford Cup B4 and in case of spray application it should be 25-35 sec at 30 degree celsius in Ford Cup B4.
Surface preparation and painting procedure: Ensure the surface is rubbed properly with Sand Paper No. 60/80/100/120 in phases and ensure all dusts is removed. Wipe clean with MTO and make sure the surface is fully dry.
Consistency: It is a free flowing viscous liquid.
