Returns & Refunds Policy
If something’s off, we’ll fix it. You can raise a return for damaged, leaking or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
- Keep the product in original condition for QC. Opened packs are accepted only if faulty.
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- For exchanges, we ship the replacement as soon as the pickup is confirmed.
Note: Cement-based products like Level Plast and ready mix plaster must be stored dry until pickup.
